Mollie spent 8 years as a prosecutor handling everything from simple traffic tickets, misdemeanor traffic offenses, battery, domestic battery, criminal sexual abuse, juvenile court, mental health court, drug court and abuse and neglect cases. As of October 2021, Mollie is the current prosecutor for the Village of Lakewood, handling the petty traffic, misdemeanor and DUI charges stemming out of the Village of Lakewood.

As of August 2022, Mollie is the Administrative Law Judge for the City of McHenry as well as the Village of Holiday Hills. Her responsibility is to oversee all ordinance violations and citations brought before the Court for those two villages.
