About Don Davis

Donald G. Davis is a prominent international lawyer actively practicing Securities, Business and International Law across the Globe. His career has spanned twenty-five years as an International Lawyer, Securities Attorney, Law Professor,Bar Association Chair, Lecturer, Arbitrator, Expert Witness and Professional Negotiator.

He was elected by his Business Lawyer Peers as one of a handful of “SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SUPER LAWYERS” for 2006, and again for 2007 in Securities Law, Business and Corporate Law Transactions!

As a testimony to his expertise and reputation, he has achieved that rare rating of AV: legal ability, which is “Very High to Preeminent” and “Highest Integrity” (Martindale Hubbell Directory of All Lawyers). Mr. Davis is also listed in Who’s Who in California, Who’s Who in the United States, and Who’s Who in the World.

Mr. Davis began his legal practice with one of the largest international law firms in the world, O’Melveny & Myers. During this period of his career, Mr. Davis worked with Roderick Hills, later the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, with Simon Lorne, later General Counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission, and along side other famous securities attorneys

Mr. Davis also worked in these years with Phillip Irwin, a legendary International Tax Law Expert famed for his photographic memory, as well as with a variety of other leading names of the legal community.

Mr. Davis also served as a Law Professor on the Faculty of Southwestern University School of Law, where he taught Securities Law with an emphasis on Corporate, Business and International Transactions.
