About Mark Miller

Mr. Miller focuses his practice on representing small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs. He counsels his clients in all stages of their business, including formation, sales and purchases of businesses, negotiation and preparation of leases, joint venture agreements, employment matters, the purchase and sale of real estate and various financial transactions.

Mr. Miller also represents individual and corporate clients in commercial litigation matters in the state and federal courts of both New Jersey and New York. Mr. Miller is recognized by his clients for bringing practical business solutions to legal problems.

Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the State Courts of New York, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Miller worked as the director of Advertising of LeTigre Sportswear, Inc.
