About Rafael Gomez

Rafael O. Gomez, Esq. is a lifelong resident of Western New York and has been providing legal services since admission to the New York State Bar in 2001. Mr. Gomez is a trial lawyer with more than fifty jury trial verdicts, and he handles his cases through all phases, from investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal.
Mr. Gomez is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and then went on to the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. After graduating from law school in 2000 he accepted a position at an insurance defense firm and began trying cases immediately. Mr. Gomez has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in all types of litigation. His employment practice continues to expands based on his experience and skills to fight for the rights of people to work in a discrimination-free environment.
Mr. Gomez provides legal services in Buffalo and all throughout New York State, with a concentration in Western New York.
