David is dedicated to fighting DWI/DUI cases throughout the entire state of New Jersey. A member of the National College for DUI Defense, David is certified on 4 different breath testing instruments including the Alcotest 7110 and Alcotest 9510 used in New Jersey. He is certified by the National Highway Safety Administration as an instructor in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

He has received specialized blood, urine, and drug recognition training for DWI cases where controlled substances are alleged or where breath testing is otherwise unavailable.
