About Areeg Akel

Areeg Akel was admitted to the State Bar of California and U.S. District Court 9th Circuit License in 2001 and immediately started practicing criminal defense and immigration. During law school, Areeg participated in an internship program for a prominent criminal defense attorney in Sacramento, where she grew passionate about giving individuals a real chance at fighting the federal and state charges brought against them and ensuring they get a fair trial.
