About Sean McKee

Sean McKee has practiced criminal defense since 2007. His first job out of law school was for the Whatcom County Public Defender. It was there that he first had the idea to create this law firm. Sean noticed how many people had very little but still were not able to qualify for public defense. When a person doesn’t qualify they then have to hire a private attorney which is prohibitively expensive for many. Additionally, there is no public defense for basic family law issues. From that came the idea to create an economy firm to fill the gap between public and private legal representation.
