If the other party cooperates fully, the case is normally finalized in less than three weeks. My fee is much lower than the customary rate, and you will know the amount before we begin.

I earned my law degree from The University of Virginia School of Law and have been practicing since 1981. My office is located in Virginia Beach, but Virginia law allows me to file anywhere in Virginia. By using e-mail and telephone, I can provide my services anywhere in the state. I speak and communicate in Spanish so I can consult in that language via telephone and/or e-mail.
