About Tina Sypek D’Amato

Tina Sypek D’Amato has always been fascinated by criminal law, studying subjects related to town criminal investigations, forensic science, psychology, and the law.

I am constantly fighting for the underdog, whether innocent or guilty, I love my clients and consider them like family. There is so much at stake, every case counts. We have all made choices in life that we are not proud of, some are criminal, and some aren’t but should be regardless, in a moment of passion or immaturity, it is easy to get swept up the moment, and take action without thinking of possible consequences. My advice is if you do get arrested, DON’T TALK TO THE COPS THEY’RE NOT YOUR FRIENDS! Even when you’re innocent, they can twist your words to make you sound guilty. Believe me, you won’t get treated better if you talk, you will solidify the prosecutor’s case.

Tina has an undergraduate degree in Law Enforcement Science which she achieved high honors throughout, was invited to join the Alpha, Sigma, and Lambda Honors Society, and was chosen for the National Dean’s Honor List. She participated in an independent study with Dr. Karazulas in Forensic Odontology. He is the forensic scientist that cracked the famous wood-chipper case in Connecticut. She also participated in an internship with the New Haven Prosecutor’s Office as an investigator.
