The Law Office of Neal H. Paster, formerly Neal H. Paster & Associates has been serving the legal needs of Texans for over 14 years. Our primary geographic area of service is in the State and Federal courts of Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Montgomery, and Colorado counties, although we travel the State in representation of our varied business and individual clients. Neal H. Paster & Associates was established in January, 1988, as the successor to the firm of Paster & Archer, P.C. Our name change to the Law Office of Neal H. Paster occurred after our move from near-downtown Houston to our present location. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of personal injury, professional malpractice, insurance, small business, consumer, criminal, and family law litigation and appellate matters arising therefrom.

Licensed to practice in all Texas State and most area U.S. Federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
