HOPKINS LAW GROUP, L.L.C. is a firm whose history began in 1990 with Everett Hopkins. From 1999 to 2008, it was known as Hopkins, Lawrence, and Bailey, L.L.C. and branched into two law firms: Hopkins Law Group, L.L.C. and Bailey and Bailey, L.L.C
Our goal is to offer legal service of the highest quality, promptly and with compassion and concern for our clients.
The Firm maintains two offices. Our main office is located in Springfield Gardens, Queens and a satellite office in Kew Gardens, Queens.

Our Litigation practice covers a diverse range of matters including business and commercial, torts, real estate, wills and estates, and construction law. The Firm prides itself in aggressive advocacy and developing a strategy that is client specific and crafted to address both the immediate and long-term goals of our clients.
The Real Estate practice covers both commercial and individual clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. We handle most matters involving real estate, financing, construction, title clearance, and leasing. We represent developers of affordable housing and condominiums.
Our corporate team has experience in a broad range of general business matters, including the formation of corporations (New York, Delaware, Bermuda, and West Africa), limited liability companies, and partnerships. We advise our clients on all aspects of the business including restrictive stock agreements, investor trusts…
We prosecute foreclosures and handle matters in the Eastern and Southern District Bankruptcy courts. The Firm routinely represents clients in need of discharging all or some of their debts pursuant to Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 of the Federal Bankruptcy Law. The Firm also assists in stopping foreclosures through forbearance (work-out) agreements or proper state court action.
