About Stephen Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein’s broad-based corporate practice includes the representation of companies of all sizes, from start-ups to publicly traded entities. His clients span a multitude of industries, including new media, energy, entertainment, the arts, manufacturing, textile, healthcare-related, and venture capital. In addition to advising his clients with respect to financings, mergers and acquisitions, employment, and other business, Mr. Goldstein drafts and negotiates all the agreements attendant to his client’s businesses. Mr. Goldstein also represents his clients in connection with various real estate-related matters, including commercial leases, financings, and the purchase and sale of home and investment properties.
