About Peter Winkler

The law office of Peter Winkler represents individuals and business organizations in real estate and business matters. Peter Winkler began his solo practice handling a wide variety of legal matters, including personal injury, criminal, probate, business, and tax issues. Over time, that range of matters has narrowed. The office now forms many new businesses, as corporations, limited liability companies, or tax-exempt organizations, and advises on real estate and business transactions.

The office utilizes the services of a paralegal, Mr. Shahnam Davani, in matters relating to banks, lending institutions, and foreclosures. It has the in-house services of a California real estate broker for transactions—primarily commercial—that do not require marketing.

Located in tourist town Tiburon for more than thirty years, the office has clients around the country. It has gone almost entirely paperless, using a high-speed scanner and offsite, secure, redundant, non-cloud storage to preserve records.
