About Justin Payne

Florida civil litigation attorney, Justin R. Payne, represents clients in Brevard County and throughout Florida in foreclosures, property insurance disputes, real estate and commercial litigation.

Before opening his own firm in Cocoa, Florida, Mr. Payne graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2003 and immediately began practicing as an associate attorney for a South Florida law firm. Right out of law school, Mr. Payne represented international corporations, publicly-traded companies, individual real estate investors, and local businesses, at both the trial and appellate levels, on numerous matters involving numerous aspects of business litigation, real estate and construction litigation, property insurance litigation, and mortgage foreclosure matters. During this time, Mr. Payne’s clients included international hotel corporations, national construction companies, local contractors, real estate investors, title insurance companies, private lenders and financial service firms involved in a wide range of of real estate and commercial litigation.
