About Jennine Cullen

Jennine Cullen attended St. John’s University School of Law on a full academic scholarship and practices in the area of Criminal Defense, DWI, and Traffic violations. Jennine began her career as a prosecutor serving in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office under both the Honorable Denis Dillon and Kathleen M. Rice.

Jennine served the People of Nassau County for seven years, prosecuting all misdemeanors and serious felony offenses, conducting wiretap and undercover narcotics and weapons investigations and working closely with detectives, police officers, and federal agents.

While in the District Attorney’s Office she was in the District Court Bureau, County Court Trial Bureau and the Special Narcotics and Gang Bureau. She has prosecuted traffic violations, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) related offenses, assault, aggravated harassment, drug-related offenses, larceny related offenses, domestic violence cases and other serious felonies, successfully trying several of them to verdict and conducting many Grand Jury presentiments and evidentiary hearings in the process.

Since entering private practice in 2011, Jennine has successfully defended all levels of criminal cases from simple traffic violations to the most serious felonies. Jennine is an active member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Former Assistant District Attorney’s Association.
