Mr. Bronster’s litigation practice spans a variety of industries including real estate, finance, insurance, banking and retail, and covers such commercial litigation matters as:

Myriad types of breach of contract and fiduciary duty in the commercial context;

Disputes involving promissory notes, indemnification clauses, guarantees and various breaches of leases, tort claims, conversion and replevin, tortious interference and nuisance; and
