Fred Shahrooz Scampato is the owner of a general practice litigation firm with a specialization in employment law, and court, business disputes. He is a practicing litigator with over 29 years of experience.

The primary purpose of the firm is to amicably settle every action. However, if an action cannot be settled as a result of hostility and/or unreasonableness on the other side, this firm is ready, able and willing to proceed to litigation. Fred Shahrooz Scampato is a confident, aggressive litigator with a reputation for loyalty, diligence, and integrity.

He is also a court-appointed Civil Mediator for the State of New Jersey.He is an Adjunct Professor in the Accounting, Taxation, Law, Economics, Finance and International Business Department, of the Silberman College of Business of Social, at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Judges, Joseph C. Messina and Richard P. Plechner.He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, College of Law, Champaign, IL, received a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Drew University, Madison, NJ
