About Romina Spinnickie

Romina Spinnickie is real estate attorney with years of experience in real estate law practice. Her practice focuses on various areas of real estate law, including representation of purchasers and sellers in real estate transactions, landlord tenant disputes and issues, and real estate collection and litigation.

Ms. Spinnickie graduated Rutgers College in 2003 with a double major in Political Science and Italian. She attended St. John’s University- School of Law thereafter and received her J.D. in 2006. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. Over the course of her legal career, she has represented countless buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants.
