About Reagan Toledano

Reagan has focused his practice on ERISA employee benefit matters since he began practicing law in 2005. He has extensive experience helping claimants obtain disability and life insurance benefits and in appellate practice before federal district courts and courts of appeal.

Reagan has been admitted to practice in Louisiana. In addition to his ERISA practice, he also handles a variety of other litigation and non-litigation matters, representing clients in federal and state courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
