About David Hamm

David R. Hamm is a former Assistant District Attorney who prosecuted felony and misdemeanor charges, including DWIs, probation violations, reckless driving, speeding and other offenses on the Outer Banks and across Northeast North Carolina from 2007-2012. Before becoming an attorney, he spent five years serving as an Adult Probation/Parole Officer in Dare County.

Drawing on that unique background, he now defends those facing criminal charges in Dare, Currituck, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan, Camden, and Gates counties.
