Sanjeev is a partner in the firm. He is a distinguished oralist, experienced litigator, and accomplished legal scholar. Sanjeev’s practice areas include Health Law, Commercial Litigation, and Business Law.

Sanjeev has diverse experience in civil litigation holding previous employment at the Regional Counsel’s Office of Civil and Criminal Conflict Resolution, a personal injury law firm, and Thomson-Reuter.

Sanjeev has served as an expert for scientific committees and has worked as a consultant manager at the Florida Department of Transportation.

Sanjeev has published scholarly legal articles in the areas of civil law and practice, admissibility of scientific evidence, and health law and policy.

Sanjeev is a member of the American Inns of Court for Appellate law and practice, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Medical Association.

Sanjeev is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the  U.S. District Court-Southern District of Florida.
