About Duane Stamp

During his years with Oxy Duane traveled extensively, domestically and internationally, as a leading member of Oxy’s business teams negotiating, documenting, and closing high-value merger, acquisition, and new business development transactions with companies across the United States and in Canada, Germany, the UK, Brazil, Argentina, Thailand, and Japan.

Duane is currently a managing member of Stamp Law Group PLLC. Since 2010 his boutique firm has provided general counsel and business consulting services with a focus on small businesses and entrepreneurs involved in a wide variety of enterprises. Duane’s extensive business and legal experience make him a value-added and cost-effective member of his clients’ teams assisting their business development in the e-commerce era to achieve effective and responsible growth and profitability.

Duane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a law degree with honors from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts where he was a contributor to the Law Review. Duane is admitted to practice in New York and Texas and before various federal courts. An avid (but still frustratingly mediocre) golfer, part-time piano player, and language enthusiast, Duane and his wife, Linda, reside in Dallas, Texas.
