About Monte Davis

Attorney, Monte K. Davis was born at St. Joseph’s hospital in Atlanta in 1965. He went to High Point Elementary School, Sandy Springs Middle School, and Ridgeview High School. Although he played sports and did well scholastically in grade school, he was always better at arguing and debating than anything else.

He spent two years at Georgia State University (“GSU”), followed by three years at the University of Georgia (“UGA”), and graduated with a BS in Psychology and accepted an offer to attend the GSU College of Law, a part-time program.

He spent the 5 years that he was in Law School working at his father’s office, Guy E. Davis, Jr., in the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody area. He helped him prepare criminal, civil, family law, personal injury, negligence, and product liability cases. Upon graduation, he decided to focus his attention on DUI defense litigation so he accepted an offer to share office space with George Stein, Esq. (“The DUI Lawyer”) for two years.
