About Peter Laberee

Peter W. Laberee is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, technology, lending, and venture capital transaction. Since the frantic LBO and take-over days of the 1980s through the 1990s “bubble” and ever since Peter has been fortunate to have been involved in many transactions, ranging from headline-grabbing, billion-dollar “monsters” to the exciting early weeks of new startup and commercialization ventures.

Since 2009, through the boutique firm Laberee Law PC, Peter has been able to offer partner-level services and exceptional experience to investors, enterprises, inventors, technologists, founders, and visionaries.
