About Mason Gross

Mason A. Gross, Ph.D. EE is a registered patent attorney for over 18 years, having worked at high profile national law firms, and as in-house senior counsel. His representations have included Fortune 100 companies.  His practice has focused on patent prosecution, litigation and licensing.  Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Mason was a patent agent for over 6 years and a patent technical specialist for over 2 years.  He holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Optical Engineering from the Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester, an M.S. in Biophysics from the School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in Physics from Stony Brook University.
