About Tonino Tonino Sacco

Tonino Sacco is a graduate of New York University and New York Law School. Mr. Sacco is a seasoned litigator and transactional attorney with over 27 years of experience. Mr. Sacco is the managing partner of the firm and oversees all the practice groups where he implements the procedure and strategy within all the practice groups. During his career, he has successfully handled, litigated, supervised, consulted, mediated, negotiated, and assisted on thousands of transactions and trials arising from each of the firm’s practice groups.

Mr. Sacco is one of the pioneer attorneys representing a multitude of structured settlement purchaser companies and various members of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers within the State of New York and the State of New Jersey for approximately twenty years which accounts for the continued success of the firm’s practice group in this area.

Mr. Sacco is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a sustaining member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a sustaining affiliate member of the National Association of Structured Purchasers.
