About Rosemarie Rusca

Rosemarie Rusca is a life-long resident of the Central San Joaquin Valley. Mrs. Rusca is the mother of three children.

Mrs. Rusca graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School in 1969, and graduated from San Joaquin School of Law in 1994.

Mrs. Rusca has volunteered as a judge for the Fresno County Superior Court on numerous occasions, and has been involved in assisting charitable organizations such hosting the Animal Compassion Team annual fundraiser, Puppypalooza.

Mrs. Rusca has been involved in numerous trials involving dissolution, child custody & visitation, support, guardianship, and termination of parental rights. Mrs. Rusca is an aggressive advocate, but equally able to settle disputes in a cost-effective matter that benefits both Parties. It is not uncommon for both Parties to place Mrs. Rusca in high regard once the final judgment is processed.

Rusca & Rusca Law is run by husband and wife, Rodney & Rosemarie Rusca. Their Sons, Rodney “Jr.” and Christopher,* joined the firm as well. Rodney was admitted to The State Bar of California in 1977, Rosemarie in 1993, Rodney “Jr.” in 2008, and Christopher in 2009.
