I needed a legal review of a very important copyright issue. A review that I could confidently stand behind if the copyright issue was ever challenged in a court of law. Paul Dunlap listened carefully as I explained my situation and needs. The legal work that Paul provided was exactly what I was hoping for!

Thanks to Paul, I was able to get my first patent. He guided me through every step of the process and if I ever have to file for one again there is no doubt I'll go back to him.

Exceptional Patent Lawyer: Expertise, Efficiency, and Results! I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Dunlap, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional patent lawyer. From the very beginning, Paul impressed me with his in-depth knowledge of patent law and his ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. Throughout the entire patent application process, Paul was kind, delightful to work with, dedicated, highly efficient, and responsive, always keeping me up-to-date on the status of my application and promptly answering any questions or concerns I had. He made the time to meet via video chat and was not just focused on completing the patent application but on ensuring that I understood every aspect of the process. I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service , and completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Paul to anyone needing a patent lawyer.

The hunt for a patent attorney is a very daunting task. Because there are so many to research, my experience in finding an attorney I felt comfortable with for my first patent application ended in filing myself, because not only were some a bit lofty and pushy where I felt like I was wasting their time, others made me feel like they weren’t very interested, and all of their fees were an impossibility for me to cover. My second application absolutely needed an attorney and so when Paul was referred to me, it was unlike any other consult I had previously. From our very first meeting to the completion to file, it was an amazing and comfortable experience. He’s not only genuine, kind and cares about your work, he also cares about you as a person, right down to what may feel like small talk to some, but is so important to us that he cares enough to ask about our family or how life in general is going. His fees are nothing like the fees I had researched in the past, and he’s an engaged thinker, very detail oriented to offer suggestions to assure you haven’t left any possibilities out for the scope of your project. We’re so grateful for his time and expertise, that not only will we hire Paul for our next project, we’re going to also hire him to work our son’s project.

First time Did not know him and had little knowledge about process, we met asked several questions and he formulated a plan. Mr. Dunlap within our time frame came up and had process completed. We finalized application in a McDonalds parking lot. He has great knowledge, honest and a hard worker for his client. I would hire him again. JM

An amazing attorney who understands your situation. I received a C&D letter from the plaintiff out of the blue. I was worried since I didn’t know much about the legal system. I did a Google search and found Paul Dunlap who has been an amazing attorney. He calmly listened to my situation without any judgment and crafted an amazing response to the C&D letter. The letter he wrote explained my situation very well to a point where the plaintiff did not respond. I am now free of worry and it is due to Paul's expertise that helped me out of this situation. Paul is a kind, caring, and empathetic person who truly cares about his clients and is willing to solve them no matter how tough the task is. He completed the counter letter over the weekend and was prompt to my emails and phone calls throughout that week. I had a short deadline to respond to the C&D letter but Paul managed to write the counter letter in a limited time frame and sent it on time. His fees are reasonable in comparison to the attorneys I was searching for in my area. If I were to encounter a similar situation again I would 100% hire Paul.

I couldn’t be happier! Paul just finished a non-provisional patent application for me and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I only had a few week’s time in which I needed to file it, but Paul wasn’t intimidated by that in the least. He quickly scheduled me for a consultation and got right to work. He’s super nice and down to earth. He listened to my ideas and suggestions and then either agreed with them or patiently explained why another way would be better. I learned a lot from him and trust his knowledge and experience completely. And he was upfront and transparent about the fees before he started and gave me a quote I was very happy with. Patents are stressful enough on their own without also having to worry about getting blindsided by a huge bill once it’s done. I highly recommend giving Paul a call!
