About Jeffrey Klaus

I grew up in Iowa.  I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder graduating in 1980 with a BA in economics.  I obtained my law degree from Drake University in 1985 and was admitted to the Colorado bar on November 1, 1985.  I graduated in the top ten percent of my law school class and served as an editor for the Law Review.

I have been representing clients with employment related issues my entire career.  I have tackled the toughest issues for my clients including unemployment benefit claims, wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, and trade secret & noncompetition agreements.  I fight for the best outcome in front of state and federal administrative agencies and in the state and federal courts of Colorado.
