About Heather Marx

Ms. Marx received her undergraduate education from the University of Florida, ( https://www.ufl.edu ) where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha (Gamma Iota) during her tenure. She received her degree in 2001 with the highest honors. Thereafter, Ms. Marx attended the University of Miami School of Law (https://www.law.miami.edu) where she graduated in 2004. Ms. Marx is admitted to practice both in Florida (2004) and in Colorado (2007). Ms. Marx is also admitted to the United States District Court of Colorado.

Ms. Marx is a seasoned attorney who has extensive experience in a multitude of different areas of legal practice. These areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, the following: all areas of complex civil and domestic litigation; multistate management of civil litigation matters; contract drafting and business law matters; judgment enforcement; and appellate practice.

Prior to moving to Colorado and founding the Marx Law Office, LLC, Ms. Marx began her practice in Florida where she worked both as a law clerk and an attorney, at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms. Indeed, Ms. Marx had the honor of working alongside world-renowned criminal defense attorney – Jeffrey S. Weiner, Esq. – as a law clerk, where she got her feet wet practicing all levels of criminal defense work.
