About Donald Eby

Donald Eby is the Managing Partner at Robinson & Henry, his legal practice focuses on civil litigation and real estate practices.

Don is an experienced adviser and powerful advocate for clients who are involved in litigation matters which may be related to breach of contract, Homeowner Association (HOA) matters, borderline disputes, buy/sells gone bad, business owner divorces, and real estate broker or license issues.

Don is also a talented legal resource in the areas of business and commercial law. He can provide guidance in issues involving acquisitions and mergers, joint ventures, entity formation, collections, franchises, and contract issues. For many of his small business clients, he also serves as general corporate counsel.

Don provides superior representation for his clients, but our nation’s veterans hold a special place in his heart. Don served in the U.S. Navy where he was assigned to aviation squadrons, aircraft carriers, and other special assignments. This background provided him the leadership experience needed to manage a law firm such as Robinson and Henry.
