About Wendy Fay

Wendy is a compassionate, pragmatic, and knowledgeable advocate for her clients. She has been focused on family law throughout her career and brings that focus and dedication to the legal issues facing each of her clients.

Wendy started her career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Herndon in Clackamas County where she experienced numerous domestic relations trials from the court’s perspective. Following her judicial clerkship, Wendy served as an associate family law attorney, first with Hergert & Associates, then with Zimmer Family Law, and is now a partner at Zimmer Bond Fay, LLC. From all of those experiences, Wendy has learned how to educate clients about legal proceedings, negotiate resolutions, and skillfully present a family law case to the court.

Wendy provides sound advice, professional service, and persuasive advocacy while pursuing the goals of her clients from mediation through to trial, if necessary.
