About Louis McBryan

Lou McBryan has been practicing law for over 25 years.

Prior to forming McBryan, LLC, he was a founding partner of a creditors rights boutique law firm. Lou was the Partner in charge of Bankruptcy Section.

Lou’s experience over the years including the general representation of persons and entities, including financial institutions, in bankruptcy cases and civil litigation throughout Georgia and the Southeast. In the Bankruptcy Courts he has experience representing trustees, creditor committees and business debtors in chapter 7 and 11, and representation of parties in contract, business torts, and other commercial matters.

In State Courts and Federal Courts he has represented his clients in land use litigation, defended claims of lender liability, check warranty claims and many matters related in commercial litigation. He has also been appointed Receiver by the Superior Courts of Fulton and DeKalb County, Georgia.
