About Sanford Aaron

Sanford Aaron has been with the firm since 2008. He is a tax attorney who specializes in commercial transactions, entity and business structuring, real estate transactions, and the buying and selling of businesses and start-ups. Sanford also provides mentoring and consulting services to his start-up clientele.

Along with his duties as a practicing attorney, Sanford Aaron has acted as principal and founder of a venture capital firm, Envy Capital, and Avenue Commercial Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Along with consulting on raising funds for a variety of technology, medical device, and green technology companies, Sanford has used his skill set to structure such opportunities, negotiate license agreements and other agreements on behalf of the funded companies, provide legal and tax advice and act as a consultant and mentor.

Sanford served as in-house counsel for a Midwest-based real estate management and development company and acted as the Director of Taxation for Soave Enterprises, LLC, a privately held company whose major investments included real estate developments and operating companies (beer distributorships, national and international scrap metal concerns, car dealerships, etc.). After his tenure at Soave Enterprises, Sanford was the Vice President of Business Development for the Hayman Company, a national real estate management and investment company. His duties included finding, underwriting, funding, and closing retail, office, multifamily, and industrial properties across the United States.
