About Jerry Fong

Jerry Fong is a dynamic litigator who practices complex federal white collar criminal defense and related business and real estate civil litigation. He brings over 28 years of trial and sophisticated litigation experience.

Recognized as one of the best trial attorneys in this Valley, Mr. Fong thrives on deconstructing complex legal and factual issues and re-presenting them in an audience-friendly mode so that a judge or a jury can easily understand and accept the merits of his clients’ position.

Mr. Fong has tried many jury cases in the federal system. Mr. Fong graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University California at Berkeley. He was admitted to practice in the Federal and California Courts in December of 1981.
