About Jason Glovinsky

Jason is the managing partner and a founding member of Ravin Glovinsky, LLP, which continues to specialize in litigating corporate governance and member/shareholder/partner disputes. From the beginning, Jason and the firm have focused on “business divorces.” Jason also has experience with contract disputes, unfair competition, business interference, and defamation cases as well as real estate disputes in both State and Federal Court.

When not at work, Jason is a recreational tennis player, a begrudging but faithful gym goer, an avid reader/listener to audiobooks and an eager traveler.
