About John Carter

Experience: John Scott Carter grew up in Florida. He moved to California while enlisted in the US Navy. After leaving the US Navy John worked as an engineer at a Large San Diego Electronics manufacturer. He began his career in San Diego as a Medical Malpractice Attorney. John has represented individuals, and small, medium, and large companies in commercial litigation including collections as well as Bankruptcy and Family Law Matters. He is a certified mediator with the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego, CA.
