About Louis Anthes

The Law Office of Louis Anthes provides the services of its real estate attorneys to Long Beach and other areas. Its services cover rent control, small claims for tenants, residential leases, tenant buyout, tenant representation, and Home Owners Association Law. Dr. Louis Anthes, the firm’s lawyer, had a dissertation published in 2003 that tackles human and constitutional rights as critical factors in legal services conversations.

Although I have an academic background in the history of American legal profession, today I’m a Los Angeles area tenant lawyer who has litigation, transactional and mediation experience helping tenants.
