About Charles Rosenberg
In 1984, he accepted the appointment to serve as Judge Jean Galloway Bissell’s first law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C.
Charles moved to California to join the distinguished Los Angeles law firm of Poms Smith Lande & Rose. In 1997, he became a partner with the Los Angeles office of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP. In 2002, he became a partner with the Los Angeles office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Charles has concentrated his practice on litigation.
Charles has been a pro bono attorney with the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
Charles is licensed to practice in California, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. He practices regularly before the California courts. Charles is admitted to the Bars of the California Federal District Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
