About Justin Spearman
Justin Spearman handles a variety of cases for Bordin Semmer LLP, representing both private and public entities, as well as individuals. Mr. Spearman focuses on personal injury, employment, and government entity defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Spearman gained valuable experience representing plaintiffs in cases involving class action wage and hour laws, personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, and employment law.
Mr. Spearman earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Throughout all three years of law school, Mr. Spearman participated in the Young Lawyers Program, where he mentored high school students and taught them trial skills which they applied in a final mock trial. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spearman earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oregon.
While in law school, Mr. Spearman held externships with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, the California Attorney General’s Office, and a private personal injury firm. Upon graduation, Mr. Spearman became a post-Bar Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where he honed his litigation skills working for a defense firm, a plaintiff firm, and Honorable Suzanne Bruguera of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
During his free time, Mr. Spearman enjoys watching football, playing basketball, exercising, and hiking with his dog.
