About Adam Barnes

Adam focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation as well as commercial litigation matters involving employment liability, premises liability, product liability, auto liability, and fire losses. During the course of his career, Adam has litigated cases in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio, tried cases in state and federal court, and handled appeals before appellate courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Adam chairs the Coverage and Employment practices for the firm.

Adam was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2019.  He has presented on a myriad of topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He frequently presents on insurance coverage and risk transfer for a number of insurance companies. He has authored materials on indemnification and the defense perspective to litigate cases.
