About Kimberly Carone

Kim’s diverse background brings a unique and common sense perspective to her role as Corporate Counsel for McGuire and Hester. Having grown up on a ranch in Oregon, she understands the day to day nuances of construction and the critical personal relationships between both companies and individuals. Prior to joining McGuire and Hester in 2008, Kim worked as a construction law litigator and later as the General Counsel for a Northern California General Contractor. As an officer of the corporation, Kim is responsible for all aspects of corporate and legal governance for our company, risk management, project claims and resolutions, and advising and supporting our divisions on day to day operations. Her chief priority is to uphold McGuire and Hester’s reputation for fairness and integrity by engaging amicably, efficiently and in accordance with our core values. Kim maintains that our exceptional character and commitment to ethics make us the dynamic company we are today.
