About Andrew Adelman

Andrew M. Adelman is an associate attorney with Correia & Puth, PLLC and represents employees in all aspects of the firm’s employment litigation practice, including sex discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, and disability discrimination.  Mr. Adelman’s practice is exclusively dedicated to advocating for the rights of employees.

Mr. Adelman has extensive experience providing representation to individuals who have experienced discrimination based on their sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.  He has represented employees in litigation against multinational corporations, individuals in claims of healthcare discrimination against prominent medical institutions, and students who have experienced sex discrimination and sexual assault at school.   He also specializes in representing employees who experience retaliation for whistleblowing, including those who complain about issues of fraud, wrongful activity, or violations of law in the workplace.  Mr. Adelman is a committed civil rights advocate who is dedicating to holding corporations and government institutions accountable.

Mr. Adelman served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  He graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center (GULC).  Prior to that, he graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Adelman is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and California.  He regularly volunteers with the Washington Lawyers’ Committee Workers Rights Clinic and the Whitman-Walker Health SSI/SSDI Clinic.
