About Carolyn Luedtke

Ms. Luedtke’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property matters. She was named among California’s “Top Trade Secrets Lawyers” in 2021, 2020, and 2019 as well as “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers” in 2019 by the Daily Journal. She also has been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers” and The Recorder’s list of “Women Leaders in Technology Law” three times, including in 2019. Ms. Luedtke is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
