About Carl Anderson

Mr. Anderson’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.   He has experience with a wide range of technologies and businesses, including cases involving 3G/UMTS and 4G/LTE cell phone technologies, autonomous vehicles, content delivery networks, digital video, genetic testing and diagnostics, Internet search and advertising, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, semiconductor design and fabrication, smartphones and other portable computing devices, and wireless local area networks.  A number of his cases have involved standards-essential patents and issues arising from obligations to license on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms.  Mr. Anderson represents clients in arbitration, before various United States District Courts, the International Trade Commission, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
