About Vance Golden, III

A West Virginian through and through, R. Vance Golden, III was born in West Virginia and was admitted to the state bar in 1972. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate at West Virginia University and also served as a captain in the United States Army.

Since then, he’s been named in Who’s Who in American Law and served as president of the West Virginia Real Estate Lawyers. He is a member of the American Legal and Financial Network, the Wood County Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association Board, and the West Virginia Association for Justice.

His main areas of practice include real estate, banking, civil litigation, and foreclosures.
