Melissa Whitley is an Associate Attorney at Elliott & Associates with over 17 years of experience helping taxpayers lower their property taxes. Melissa practices before the Cook County Assessor, Cook and Collage County Boards of Review, and the Property Tax Appeal Board. She also runs our tax incentive and exemption departments – frequently obtaining tax exemptions and appearing before municipalities to obtain tax incentives for our clients.
