About Leo Kinahan

A criminal and administrative law lawyer, Leo represents clients throughout the Province of Ontario, at all levels of Court and at Administrative Tribunals.

He has a B.A. from York University, an LL.B. from Windsor Law and an LL.M. in criminal law from Osgoode Law. He was called to the Bar in 1995.

Between 1982 and 1990, he worked as a police officer with the Peel Regional Police Force.

His extensive professional experience, both in law and related fields, allows him to resolve his clients’ cases using proactive and creative approaches.

He has been in private practice in Newmarket, Ontario, since 1995.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION AFFILIATES:

Leo is currently on the Approved Counsel List for various Police Associations throughout Ontario. He has also completed work for members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

He has extensive Trial experience.
