Professionally, I am a knowledgeable business attorney with a wide range of experience in advising small, medium, and large closely-held businesses on structure, operations, and transition (whether sale or succession) with an emphasis on assisting clients in maximizing and retaining their wealth over multiple generations. I am licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota and Oklahoma.

Personally, I have volunteered for many years at a number of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Youth Baseball, and Boy Scouts.
