About Kenneth Bryan

Before joining the NC Eminent Domain Law Firm in 2013, Kenneth was selected to extern for Judge Linda Stephens at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

While his academic accomplishments and extraordinary work ethic are no small feat, Kenneth is most known for his dedication and compassion for our firm’s clients.

He’s also recognized among firm colleagues as the “go to” source for information. On any given day, you might see Kenneth navigating multiple computer monitors in his well-known diligence to uncover, analyze, and dissect that hidden gem of evidence (and it’s almost always there) that could potentially make the biggest impact on a client’s case and their lives.

“I love to solve problems, dig to the root of issues, and help other people. I believe that, as an attorney, I have an ability and responsibility to make a lasting impact. When I go home every night, I want to be able to say I worked hard to make a difference in someone’s life and that I did my very best to make sure they were treated fairly.”

But don’t think Kenneth is all work and no play. With two youngsters at home, he finally has an audience for all his punny, dad-like humor. When he’s not busy chasing after them, he enjoys hiking along NC’s scenic trails.

“Hiking gives me time to reflect and think in solitude. It’s where I sometimes come up with my best ideas and arguments,” Kenneth said.

Which brings us back to who Kenneth argued was at fault for so many lives lost during the Titanic tragedy? Kenneth teases, “I really can’t remember — that was over 20 years ago!”
